We have over 55+ sessions on each week at The Cube Gym. When you sign up, you are welcome to challenge yourself and attend as many sessions on our timetable as desired. With classes running 7 days a week, your first free month will allow you to gage which sessions and what routine suits you best for achieving your goals!
At The Cube Gym we aspire to bring you a positive team environment aimed at creating a sense of community while helping you build functional health and fitness. Whether your goal is general fitness/health, weight loss, sports specific training or injury rehabilitation the facilities and environment at The Cube Gym allow your goals to be achieved. At The Cube Gym there are programs for beginners, intermediates and the more advanced team members with supervision and guidance from a fully qualified personal trainer and/or gym instructor.

Co-Founder and Head Personal Trainer
Lewis is the owner and head trainer at The Cube Gym. He has a passion for strength, conditioning and nutrition to help build functionality and health in both sports people and the general population.
The Cube’s training philosophy is to do the basics right; work hard and bring a positive attitude. We aren't trying to re invent the wheel with some fancy type of training, we are looking at nutrition, strength, aerobic conditioning, flexibility and lifestyle options to make healthy and successful lifestyles. We aspire to provide the tools and environment to make this happen.
Hayden has spent his life keeping fit and active, from a young age competing in Surf Life Saving, then moving to longer distance Surf Ski Ocean Racing, now Hayden finds his training focusing on triathlon, strength and conditioning, plus callisthenics movements.
All of which he hopes will add to the already huge depth of knowledge at The Cube Gym.
Sam is one of the owners of The Cube Gym.
Sam draws on a background of many different training modes, from strength and conditioning, to boxing, calisthenics to power lifting to CrossFit, Sam has trained in them all and will look to draw on this experience as he develops as a fitness trainer.
